Bulova Watch
Back in 1994, my father gave me a 1952 Bulova watch with it’s original crystal, engraved on the back with a message very unlike my father. It’s one of my prized possessions, but I generally don’t wear it. Both because I don’t tend to wear watches and honestly I’m afraid of losing it. It fell off my wrist once when the band broke as I was getting off a subway train a few years ago and ‘almost’ fell onto the tracks between the train and platform.
I figured it was about time I took a picture of it. Click to blow-up.

Your Pictures and How Magazines Use Them
I had the opportunity a couple months ago to shoot Jane Sherburne and Louis Briskman, both super fancy corporate lawyers for a NYSE Board Members Magazine. Here is how they were used as well as the original final images. Interesting, right?
For lighting geeks out there. Both were single light (speedlight in a 16″ foldable softbox) plus ambient. So one backpack for everything including the camera.
